Lexus of Milwaukee delivered a 2012 Nissan Versa to my 77 year old uncle in Bristol. He's a low-income senior, has early stages of dementia and can't drive. He gave them over $6000 in cash. It was discovered that the car's seat belts are defective-the actual internal restraining mechanisms of the belts do not function. Both front parking lights do not work. Both outside door mirrors are defective. Speedometer backlight doesn't work. They sold and delivered to my elderly uncle an unsafe vehicle and claim that it had gone through "a thorough safety inspection." They gave him some roses, took his money (and a photo) and left. The dealership refuses to take the car back. It was a substantial portion of his life savings. My elderly uncle has an unsafe car he can't drive (and shouldn't be driving). This dealership needs to show integrity and make things right. More

On 7/12/25 I purchased a is 350 f sport. Whitney was my salesperson. We had talked on the phone a few times about the car and rather day I met her to purchase the car it seemed that we knew Whitney was my salesperson.
