Financing sold us a vehicle and placed the vehicle under a completely different social security number and we received no credit for this vehicle, and we ended up being denied on a mortgag the vehicle under a completely different social security number and we received no credit for this vehicle, and we ended up being denied on a mortgage due to this mishap. Junior Charles was truly an exemplary Sales person, he went above and beyond what is expected. His patience and willingness to work with my schedule was truly boundless. After he made the sales of 2 vehi went above and beyond what is expected. His patience and willingness to work with my schedule was truly boundless. After he made the sales of 2 vehicles he could of left but instead he stayed and made sure we were comfortable and programmed both vehicles with our phones then gave us directions on how to use and get the maximum utilization from the vehicles. All this was done after he personally washed both vehicles. We left the Al Hendrickson dealership almost 0100. He could have simply said to come back on Friday complete the setup and we would have been satisfied . It's obvious that he loves his craft that's why he does it so well. Renee was amazing, she definitely fits perfectly in sales. She was not too pushy, she used the correct words by not telling me what I could not get based on my budget, but instead told me she would try sales.
