That just shows how kind he is and if I go back to this dealership I only want to deal with Kenneth Cestero Wesley Mancias Not anyone else Thank you so much More

We were greeted by Tino Martinez as soon as we walked into the dealership. Tino was a pleasure to work with from his introduction to us leaving the dealership with the car we came to look at. Tino also knew just about everything about this cars' function and even set up my phone to pair when we were leaving to go home. We would definitely come back and shop with Tino in the future. They sold me a 2025 Ram 1500 with an analog Kilometers speedometer, my GPS is also Canadian. So they sold me a Canadian truck in New York. They are refusing to take it back or change it. They let me drive speedometer, my GPS is also Canadian. So they sold me a Canadian truck in New York. They are refusing to take it back or change it. They let me drive on the roads not knowing my speed. They have very bad managers there and what they do is very dirty business and wrong. So far everyone I talked to from our county said they are bad and they lie, sell broken cars and over charge. I’m still seeking help trying to return this truck, please be aware everyone. More

The service department is an absolute dumpster fire. Maria Capello and Vic Niosi - BAD EGGS. They may be the most deceitful, unprofessional people I have come across in a "customer relations" capacity. Maria Capello and Vic Niosi - BAD EGGS. They may be the most deceitful, unprofessional people I have come across in a "customer relations" capacity. I had a brand new vehicle that had multiple problems. Rather than just be honest - that they had no clue how to fix them - they lied, avoided me, then ultimately dismissed me. Brendan Duper is clueless but probably not his fault since his boss is Maria. Worst experience with a vehicle EVER. Thankfully I've offloaded that xxx. Thanks for the life lessons learned. More
