4 stars means you did a good job, as expected from a good dealership. To get 5 stars, you must go above and beyond what is expected. Also, it is unfair that as a dealership, you get upset when customers comp dealership. To get 5 stars, you must go above and beyond what is expected. Also, it is unfair that as a dealership, you get upset when customers compare your prices with other dealerships. Trying to be a smart buyer and checking out different offers is the only way buyers have of understanding how the car market stands. Dealers hold all the cards and are definitely not transparent. Doing thorough research by dealing with several car dealerships is my only way of feeling I've found a good deal. More

I am normally very skeptical about visiting car dealerships and speaking with salesmen but when I went to get information here I spoke with Mr Flor and received a very good treatment.
