Great overall experience Wes and Meryl were so great. This was hands down, the best truck buying experience I have ever had. The whole team at Herlong is top notch. There were a few extra steps necessary during the registration and financing portion, due to the fact that I am active duty Army, a Texas resident, and stationed in SC. Meryl figured it out, and I was on my way. The dealership is an hour away from my home, but I will only deal with Herlong Ford for my future needs, and this is the only place I will take my F-250 for services. I can't thank Wes enough for the entire experience. More than a 5 star rating. More

I went in for the works and to have an air pressure sensor tested or replaced. At first he told me the tire had a nail in it, but that was wrong tire,he finally fixed sensor on tire that was causing wa sensor tested or replaced. At first he told me the tire had a nail in it, but that was wrong tire,he finally fixed sensor on tire that was causing warning light. He said according to the paperwork that everything was good, including battery, but today the truck wouldn't start, I looked at battery and it was loaded with corrosion which couldn't be missed if the battery had been inspected. Also my appointment was 11 am and I was there till 3pm. More
