Andrew and Wendell actually both helped me out! Was just coming in for a recall, but decided to have fluids changed since I was past the mileage recommended. Good thing I did they found a part that was leaking and it needed to be replaced! They were always very informative about what was going on and they had a loaner car ready to go when I got there. There was hardly any wait time dropping or picking up my vehicle. Very impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of everyone there!! The service folks are always friendly! They make sure I'm updated as work is being done on my Passport. They explain everything I may have questions about. All three go out of their way to see that my Passport and I are happy! =) The work bay is amazing at how clean it is. My dad owned a service station for several years, he tried to keep it clean, but it was never as shiny clean as this! My Passport is my first Honda purchase. When I'm ready to purchase again (several years from now!), I will get another Passport! More
