We have really enjoyed working with Wally. But we felt a lot of pressure from his boss to lease a new car rather than explore other options; we felt he was impatient with us. I’ve gotten now three total vehicles from this dealership. This was one of the most hectic experiences in getting a deal done. I had to deal with two different sales people plus another person. It dealership. This was one of the most hectic experiences in getting a deal done. I had to deal with two different sales people plus another person. It was very confusing dealing with so many different people. They started out astronomically high on the lease offer for a relatively cheap vehicle which was very off putting like my business wasn’t wanted. They had me test drive one Seltos with all the features, then told me to get the deal done I needed to switch vehicles which they tried to significantly downgrade the vehicle. Thankfully I caught this and was able to get a different Seltos that still had some of the features. I was under the impression that I was negotiating for the vehicle I test drove. This was very deceptive. Then right when I was about to sign, the deal we talked about was for a three year lease and the salesman tried to change it last second to a four year lease. Again another very untrustworthy tactic that makes me concerned about practices there. We discussed a three year lease for 12,000 miles the whole time. I did not appreciate that at all. Then when signing the paperwork, the last person was very aggressive and insulting with his sales pitches for the add ons. I felt completely insulted by this process. More
