I would personally say that the experience and customer service are just a few reasons we have had return visits, and even transferred vehicles for purchase to this group. Wally is an experienced associate, and pays great attention to detail. Brandon is one of the nicest managers I have worked with. It is always a pleasure working with this team. I also want to give a shout out to Jacob, who works in the service Department. He is possibly one of the best adviser's I have worked with in the KIA family. More

While they did try to get me to make decisions in the moment, like most dealerships do, they respected me enough to politely let me walk away and take the time to think. Now, obviously I really like the car that I got, but I also came back because of the way they treated me. They were down to earth and reasonable in every phase of my leasing process.
