Wally walked us through all the special features each vehicle came with and answered all of our questions as they came. On our test drives, he had us try out some of the special features and taught us hands-on how to utilize them properly. This was a lot easier for us to learn instead of reading through a manual. He was very patient with us as we weighed out our options (this being our first time leasing on our own) and gave us honest, helpful advice when asked. The store manager, Brandon, was also very friendly and took the time to introduce himself and checked in with us every once in awhile. I have done business with Russ Darrow of Waukesha in the past and will gladly continue going back. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and left happily with our purchases. We would highly recommend for their quality of vehicles as well as their impeccable service. More

I am again blessed and ecstatic to say I now own my 1st car that is not a beater thanks to Wally, Keegan and Gus. I was not excited for car shopping at all but these guys made it very pleasant, great customer service, listened to my wants, needs. and kept me laughing.
