Wally is fantastic. We previously leased our ML350 and purchased a Jeep Wrangler from him. Now we are very happy with our new GLA250. He always kept in touch and has provided exceptional knowledge and exp purchased a Jeep Wrangler from him. Now we are very happy with our new GLA250. He always kept in touch and has provided exceptional knowledge and expertise. What we are NOT happy with is the loaner car system (rental). To be shuttled to Enterprise, wait in the heat for 45 minutes until they could get a car ready or wait for one to come in is extremely poor service for Mercedes customers. There were plenty of nice vehicles on the Enterprise lot but not available, apparently because they are reserved, so what’s left is a choice of a poor condition minivan or Hyundai Accent. Unacceptable. We’ll pass on the “rental” next time. In the past when we had our ML350 we were always given a comparable vehicle as a loaner. For the past 3 years with Lexus we likewise were given another Lexus. Usually you can expect to “get what you pay for” but not in this case. At a minimum, Mercedes customers should be able to reserve ahead with Enterprise when booking a service at Crown. More
