I’ve been a BMW customer for over 12 years and I usually see the same client advisor every time by choice. When I found out they no longer worked there, I was a little anxious, but the dealership introduced see the same client advisor every time by choice. I bought my 2019 X3 out of my lease since it was under miles and in perfect condition. I anticipated a big ordeal as I had never done this before.
