Hands down best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Had back and forth conversations with Wade for a couple days. He and I were both very understanding of where I stood and where he stood and we found a pe back and forth conversations with Wade for a couple days. He and I were both very understanding of where I stood and where he stood and we found a perfect middle ground to create the sale with no behind the scenes or unknown charges or fees popping up after our agreed price. I now have purchased my second vehicle with them and have experienced excellent service. Previously I chose Westown because of their noted Excellence with Auto Servicing and I continue to be pleased. However, I must say that my experiences with Sales has been remarkable. I was offered a fair deal and couldn't be happier. I love my new 2020 Ford Fusion Titanium. Wade was again my salesperson, he is honest, respectful and approachable. The team that surrounds him was also excellent. This was my first experience not receiving Survivor/Retiree benefits and it worried me. I felt still part of the Ford Family. Thanks Westown. More
