I was never notified when the vehicle was done and the notes about vehicle stated they located a tack in one of the tires…I figured since they located it they would take it out but the next day (late afte notes about vehicle stated they located a tack in one of the tires…I figured since they located it they would take it out but the next day (late afternoon Saturday) I saw the tack still in the tire sticking out…they didn’t do anything with the tack just left it in the tire no one called about the tack so took vehicle to a competitor to remedy the issue…for free!! More
