Price too high I was told the oil change & tire rotation was $69.99 +tax my final charge was $81 and change. $8.25 miscellaneous charges. I do not appreciate being charge more without and actual description of the additional charges and me approving it! Cashier at check out could be a little more courteous. Had to pay over 100$ what I was quoted I usually am a fan of the dealership, I've been coming there since I bought my car brand new a few years ago. This past experience was not too great. I usually am a fan of the dealership, I've been coming there since I bought my car brand new a few years ago. This past experience was not too great. I went in because my heater was not working and was quoted a little over 500$ for the repair (already more than I expected). When I went to pick it up, my representative was not in the dealership and I had to pay 100$ more. Also, I was told that my car wash would be "taken care of" but my car had not been washed. - Typically, I don't complain but this was a tough week and I thought I'd be paying less so this was the icing on the cake. Overall not a great experience. I'm purchasing another car within the next year and I don't think it'll be with this dealership. More
