Service The service was ok. They were backlogged so I didn't get a diagnosis until the next day after 7AM drop off. The only issue I have is that sometimes The service was ok. They were backlogged so I didn't get a diagnosis until the next day after 7AM drop off. The only issue I have is that sometimes if your service advisor isn't available, the other advisors seem reluctant to assist you. The advisor was able to get the warranty to cover some of the repairs which I was grateful for. More

However, it takes too long to com The work at Jim Ellis is always fantastic. I love the people I interface with and the work is always exceptional. However, it takes too long to communicate where in the process the work is being completed. For example, it took all day, (from 8:30-4:30) to get an update that my car was ready for pick-up, and that was a phone call I made to the service center. Why can't someone call to give an update as the work progresses, even if it's covered by a warranty or other. The lack of communication is frustrating. It was after texts and around 10 phone calls before I was able to find out about my vehicle. And this seems to be the standard, because it has happened in the past. It's about good customer service. You have great customer service on the front end that is really red carpet treatment, but you need to follow it through to the end result. Make each step a win for the customer! More

Recall Update I came in for a recall update. I called to make the appointment and they got me in as soon as they could. They took my car back for service in a timel I came in for a recall update. Everyone I dealt with was nice and welcoming even though they seemed quite busy. No complaints. Shoutout to the shuttle driver, he was awesome and super quick to drop me off and pick me up! More
