Review The service was great, but it took 16 days to do a vehicle recall for Excess Oil Consumption. THe problem seemed to be lack of parts as the due date k The service was great, but it took 16 days to do a vehicle recall for Excess Oil Consumption. THe problem seemed to be lack of parts as the due date kept moving out every few days. It seems that a recall should have standard parts requirements and someone should check the availability before the job commenced. Also, because the due date started as two to three days and moved out by a day or two every few days, I never asked for a loaner car, nor was one offered. I think I kept LYFT in business for a couple of weeks. Needless to say, it was a nuisance and inconvenient. I do not fault Vladimir at all. If there was fault, it was in the process. More

Recall for service failure I have visited this dealership over five times in the past. Two of those times were due to issues that on the internet were part of a recall situation I have visited this dealership over five times in the past. Two of those times were due to issues that on the internet were part of a recall situation but when you ask at the front desk they are quick to tell you that your vehicle does not qualify. This makes me feel like I can not trust them. It would be nice if your employees were trained to better handled this questions and perhaps provide a more specific answers. More

Great customer service start to finish! Went in for oil change and a quote on brakes. Turns out I dont need brakes yet and was pleased with the honest assessment. Vladmir did a great job of diagnosing shaky ride with Tahoe Although I thought I only needed a wheel alignment of my Chevy Tahoe, Vladmir asked more questions which helped him to determine the shaky ride I ex Although I thought I only needed a wheel alignment of my Chevy Tahoe, Vladmir asked more questions which helped him to determine the shaky ride I experienced was due to wheel balancing. Vladmir recommended both wheel balancing and an alignment. My vehicle drives great now. In addition he recommended an air filter and the car accelerates better. More

Great customer service I came in because my car would not stay running. My diagnosis and service were completed the same day. I wasn't able to return the same day to pick my I came in because my car would not stay running. My diagnosis and service were completed the same day. Disorganized, slow, overpriced.2 days and $500 for battery I have an extended warranty that apparently doesn't cover the $500 battery in my Slverado that I have owned for less than 4 months They had trouble fi I have an extended warranty that apparently doesn't cover the $500 battery in my Slverado that I have owned for less than 4 months They had trouble finding me in the system. Lost my appointment reservation due to "computer problems", and took two days and $200 in labor to change the battery. Hopefully the warranty will be good for something and hopefully I can use at a different service department. Very unhappy! More
