This site is terrible. I have already spent 30 minutes writing a review. My car went in for routine 30,000 mile service. After the service I drove from Atlanta to Dallas. Noted no fluid in the windscreen writing a review. My car went in for routine 30,000 mile service. After the service I drove from Atlanta to Dallas. Noted no fluid in the windscreen washer and hose was laying loose and disconnnected. Refilled with washer fluid, reconnected hose. Worked for a while and then washer fluid leaked out. If you look at last 3 service records you willl see this fault continually highlighted and supposedly fixed. More

Once again service management failed to involve GM enough to effect any sort of attempted repair. It’s now been 12 months trying to address repeated (7) On-Star warning messages about Stabiitrak & Anti-Lock to effect any sort of attempted repair.
