I’m very disappointed. I am a repeat customer. I had to have my transmission replaced but between the Finance Dept & Warranty Co it took over two months for it to finally g I am a repeat customer. I had to have my transmission replaced but between the Finance Dept & Warranty Co it took over two months for it to finally get resolved. I tried to be very patient while they worked it out. But in the meantime I was without a vehicle & had to spend almost $1000 on transportation before I could get a loaner car from the dealership. At the least I should have been offered a car earlier. But the problem has been resolved & I was given extra mileage for the stress of it all. So as stated earlier I am very disappointed with Jim Ellis. More
