Viviana Saenz was extremely observant when she noticed that the driver key hole lock had been damaged in a break-in attempt, something that I had not caught on for possibly months. She also wrote up my oi that the driver key hole lock had been damaged in a break-in attempt, something that I had not caught on for possibly months. She also wrote up my oil change order as I requested without trying to upsell me. The lock replacement and oil change were completed ahead of schedule.
