Door to door service Ive been looking for this car for a couple of weeks and let a good deal get away recently. I was determined make this sale tomorrow, when Vito S. sugg Ive been looking for this car for a couple of weeks and let a good deal get away recently. I was determined make this sale tomorrow, when Vito S. suggested we could close on it tonight! Preston in finance dept made it easy to trade in my car and buy this one. Vito drove it down to Sarasota. We signed papers in my home and he drove my trade back to lakeland! I was so relieved to not give up a day off! Customer service is the best and Vito is calm with a no-nonsense demeanor. Thank you Audi of Lakeland! More

Best Dealership....PERIOD! I visited Audi Lakeland with no intention of buying a vehicle, but they had a used car that peaked my interest. Vito (outstanding salesman!) answered I visited Audi Lakeland with no intention of buying a vehicle, but they had a used car that peaked my interest. Vito (outstanding salesman!) answered my questions with no pressure and made the entire process quick and professional (even stayed late 😁) . They had an amazing price on the car, so I couldn't refuse. The showroom and entire facility, including the shop area, was very clean and beautiful. I recommend that you come here first, (even if you don't buy a car here), just so you know how a dealership should be. Way to raise the bar Audi Lakeland! 👍👍 More

They showed me actual facts on why or how their price for the car I was looking at was that amount. They worked with me and made sure that I was being offered the best deal they could do. In the end it was a great deal I couldn’t turn down. I left there happy and with my new car! More
