Easy, straight forward, honest, and professional I had been looking online for a Cadillac xt5 for months. I found 5 or 6 on Auto Trader. One was located at Lakeland, Fl Audi. I planned a day to visit I had been looking online for a Cadillac xt5 for months. I found 5 or 6 on Auto Trader. One was located at Lakeland, Fl Audi. I planned a day to visit the dealership to take a closer look at the XT5. Audi in Lakeland was the first and only dealership. My salesman approached me with courtesy. I requested to see the XT5. Without any hassle or long sales speech, he immediately he showed it. I was going to leave and check out the other XT5s. Just to compare. The XT5 at Audi was one of a kind. Clean and Beautiful. Most important, the price was better than the other dealerships. Financing was so easy, it was a no brainers, I bought it. The best buying experience I've ever had. More
