New Purchase Purchased a 2017 C43 from MBRVC. Salesman Craig German was great with assistance during the sale and did not put any pressure on me to buy. General Purchased a 2017 C43 from MBRVC. Salesman Craig German was great with assistance during the sale and did not put any pressure on me to buy. General Sales Mgr Michael Chase also was very helpful with finalizing the transaction. My Service Advisor Samantha Patti along with Vincent Ruggieri have always been knowledgeable and caring when visiting the service center. These are "person to person" people. Will continue to patronize MBRVC. More

Wreckless, dishonest, unprofessional service and management I purchased my car June 2015 from MBRVC I took it to MBRVC service center in September 2015 to have a concerned addressed. The concerned was repaired I purchased my car June 2015 from MBRVC I took it to MBRVC service center in September 2015 to have a concerned addressed. The concerned was repaired and upon picking up my car I discovered my front bumper was damaged causing me to leave my car to have it repaired. May 2016 I returned to have vehicle maintenance upon completion and picking up my vehicle I discovered my vehicle again was damaged this causing my car to remain there well into June 2016. I have tried in every way to resolve the wreckless, dishonest and poor service I received not only from the technicians/vendors but from Vinny Ruggeri the manager. I have documented my concerns/complaints as well as photos and correspondence with corporate who has tried to assist in this matter as well. But not only has Vinny lied to me he has lied to them as well. This is not what I expected from the Mercedes Benz brand and it doesn't seem to be represent the values and core belief of what this dealership and service center was built on by Fred Meyers. My concerns and complaints have yet to be resolved although Vinny and I agreed on a way to resolve it. I will end my review with "Vinny, I'm still waiting" maybe David Meyers needs to know what his fathers hard work, beliefs and legacy are becoming under your supervision. I have since returned to Mercedes Benz of Manhattan where customers are a priority and when there is a problem Caused by them they address it. Customer service I had a problem at the service center. George Glier was my sales associate when I purchased my car. A Terrifying Experience I had purchased a used mercedes vehicle with 90K mileage without any issue whatsoever except that the engine was idling very low noise without any eng I had purchased a used mercedes vehicle with 90K mileage without any issue whatsoever except that the engine was idling very low noise without any engine check sign light on. Out of the brand-name respect; instead of going to my regular garage, I made a big blunder of going to this dealer. The service advisor stunned me by calling back the next day that the engine needs to be replaced at a cost of $7,000.00 which I didn’t want to do without a second review. When I went to pick up my car back from the dealership; the car had the engine check sign light on, the engine was leaking and making very loud grinding noise and the car couldn’t accelerate beyond 10-20 miles speed. On the highway, I was not only stopped but was also tailed with flashing lights by a state trooper to my garage as a precautionary measure. It appeared to be a big embarrassing highway scene exactly like that of O. J. Simpson. I had hardly used the car smoothly for couple of weeks before going to this dealership but since then the car vegetably doesn’t start or move at all. Even my experienced mechanic couldn’t figure out what the xxxx MBRVC mechanics did to the engine. When I called the MBRVC, they hiked up the cost of the new engine to almost 10K including all their usual bells and whistles to favor with genial 10% discount. I also got couple of stereo-typed business follow up calls from their service department including the manager to know of my decision mainly to get my business but without any sincere intention of resolving their genuine diagnosis goof-up of no mistake on my part. I would not recommend this facility at all to anyone as I am afraid that either their mechanics are not experienced enough or they are simply there to mug the so called rich Mercedes owners by hook or by crook, not actually knowing that some of them are also innocent middle class hard working people like me. Thanks MBRVC for turning my first mercedes experience into a big nightmare of lifetime. More

High priority, friendly customer service, concerned and hard working service advisors, top of the line AMG certified mechanic, Renzo and managers and higher ups value their customers opinion. Car washed, manicure provided, hot cup of coffee with a freshly baked cookie; a wonderful way to start your morning. I was able to catch up on my business emails thanks to the wifi and also private computer stations upstairs. I was productive by mutlitasking while waiting. I recommend my friends and family. More

It is probably too early to tally the results for the Mercedes Benz "Dealership of the Year" for 2014, but there is definitely a possibility that MB o It is probably too early to tally the results for the Mercedes Benz "Dealership of the Year" for 2014, but there is definitely a possibility that MB of Rockville Centre will repeat its 2013 recognition. Most companies tend to rest on their laurels - not so here. I was quite happy with my 2012 E350, but now that I have updated to a newer E350, with my satisfaction level exceeding expectations. It is not often that the owner of a dealership will spend time explaining the nuances of ownership, but in this family-owned business, I have begun to feel like a member of that family. The patience and wisdom shared by David, Wil, Russ, Terry, and ultimately George, made my decision obvious. Whether accessory discussions with Troy, Kevin, and Mike, or maintenance awareness by Vinny, Carol, and my advisor Charlie, getting the right vehicle - outfitted to satisfy my needs - was accomplished. As Sy Sym's, the pioneer clothing retailer would say: "an educated consumer is our best customer." I believe I now am. This is definitely this dealership’s modus operandi. Whether it is the diversity of the selection of models (on multiple floors), or the maintenance facility (with all work areas visible to the customer through glass) or even the quality of the coffee, and other amenities - it is a pleasure to do business with this very clean, well-appointed, and attentive dealership. More
