My husband has nothing but issues with our GLE and the service center is not to the standards of Mercedes. This is our 3 Mercedes and the first and last with this outfit. Most incompetent service center. Service manager Vinny and his staff defines incompetence. Stay away from this dealer, if you encounter a problem your vehicle go to another Service Center.
