The sales manager listened to what I was looking for in terms of price, and beat the competition. The place operates efficiently without losing it's personal touch. Colleen in finance was adept with a multitude of financial forms while maintaining a positive attitude. I was a serious customer on the last day of the month during the hectic holiday shopping season and received prompt service. Overall, customer service was excellent with shuttle service enabling me to drop off my rental vehicle in the area, while they completed the paperwork. Buying a car is my least favorite thing to do....but having Vinny Denardo as a salesperson changed my mind about how dealerships should treat their customers! From the moment my husband and I entered the dealership, we were treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Vinny didn't waste our time with constant negotiations and price bickering. A fair price was offered for my trade-in and my monthly lease rate was affordable. Vinny was very knowledgeable and patient when demonstrating the new technology involved in operating the vehicle. I bought a new 2015 CX-5 at North Penn Mazda, and I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience of my life, by a long shot. When I walked into the dealership, Vince Denardo in sales came over to greet me. I talked with him about the car that I was trading in, and what I was looking for in a new car, and within a few minutes we were out on a test drive. He let me select the roads on which to drive, and was happy to give me the opportunity to truly test out the car. When we returned to the dealership and I decided that I wanted to purchase the car, he asked me about the price that I was looking for on the trade in, and what I wanted to pay for the new car. I had researched the values before coming to the dealership and I handed Vince my printouts with the numbers that I was looking to hit. He brought the numbers over it his manager, Kyle, and he came back with almost exactly the numbers I was looking for. When I mentioned that I would like to see the price come down a bit more, he went back to Kyle, and they came back with a price that was even a bit better than what I was asking for. I've never before been to a dealership where everyone was so open, honest and friendly, and where they put absolutely no pressure on the buyer. When it came time to sign the papers, my experience with Jason H. in finance was just as positive. I had read all of the good comments about this dealership on deal rater before I went in, so I had a sense that this place might be different than your typical dealership. But walking in and experiencing this kind of customer service for myself was just amazing. I just cannot express strongly enough in words how completely blown away I was by this positive experience. Vinny was so patient and informative explaining every detail of the car before we left. He even set up our phone with bluetooth for us. He was very thorough with the entire process. Jason H. made sure that he explained every detail in the process of setting up our financing. Every question was answered perfectly. Joe, Vinny and Jason H. made sure buying our new car easy and non stressful. We value honesty in a dealership, and we were not disappointed in any way. We are thrilled with our new car.
