I do like Tom Kelley's dealership in Ft. Wayne near Costco. The service team is professional, trustworthy, honest,& consumer conscious with advanced technical skills. I do have a concern though. My son purchased A BRAND NEW COLORADO TRUCK. The A/C didn't work. It took several trips to dealership to get right part & wait for installation.Grant Harrissold vehicle to him.M concern now is ignition is malfunctioning. Tom Kelleyservice can't fix. What to do? Stay stranded? Would Tom Kelley's leave his child as is?Would a lifeguard leave a swimmer drowning? Would a hiker leave a person sinking in sand?Why is this happening?I am a retired nurse 50 years & took care of many many patients & residents.You find a solution to care for people My trust is wavering now @ Tom Kelley's now. Great service, tech showed video of my truck service. After the work was accomplished my bill was actually a lot lower than original estimate. And that a 2021 Silverado bought from Kelley seems to spend more time in shop than on the road. At 55 years old and having had lots of trucks and cars in my days this one sure seems the worst. More
