Our Salesman Carl was great and really helped us find our dream van with no issues. However, our finance specialist could not take no for an answer on the extended warranty. After my husband said no than dream van with no issues. However, our finance specialist could not take no for an answer on the extended warranty. After my husband said no thank you at least three times he turned to me and said, "well it's going to be your car so what do you want?" Implying that what my husband had said didn't matter. We were irritated and almost ready to walk out. We had to say no four times total to move on. We let him know early on that we needed to pick out kids up soon and was not respectful of our time. He kept talking about how the technology was unreliable, so we needed an extended warranty. He said the vehicle (a Toyota) is only reliable through the warranty period almost convincing us against buying a Toyota. In addition, he told us he would show us our preferred lenders interest verses the one he was thinking before we committed, but we realized in the middle of signing paperwork that he had just put down his lender of choice (PNC Bank) and only pulled up our preferred lender's general rate chart after we called him out. Furthermore, we just got a letter from PNC that the term we requested was not available from PNC. We are very unimpressed with the finance team and will likely not use Jim Norton next time because of our experience with them. More
