I recently had the pleasure of working with Vincent Nguyen, an Internet Manager at Sierra Honda and Edgar Hurtado the Finance Manager for the purchase of a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport, and the exper Nguyen, an Internet Manager at Sierra Honda and Edgar Hurtado the Finance Manager for the purchase of a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport, and the experience was truly top-tier. Vincent stands out as a highly professional and knowledgeable guide who respects his clients' time, making the entire process efficient and stress-free. His expertise with the HondaTrue Certified program and the various Honda Care extended warranty options allowed me to secure the perfect long-term investment for my son’s future with total confidence. Vincent’s approachable demeanor and clear communication ensured that all my questions were answered, and I highly recommend seeking him out if you are looking for a transparent, professional, and seamless car-buying journey in the San Gabriel Valley. However, I was disappointed at only receiving $5500 value for the trade in of my 2012 Honda Accord LX, which was KBB valued at $5535 and which had additional safety equipment including a rear view company, back up safety monitor, and blind spot monitoring added after market accessories. Honestly, Sierra should have gave me $7000 in credit, not $5500, and the original "low ball" offer was $4900 which I found to be entirely insulting. The justification for the low ball offer was that "work needed to be done on the Honda Accord to prepare it for sale." If that is the case, then this is very clearly a cost Sierra should bear, not me as the customer should pay for. Because I am a very busy attorney, so I didn't have time to haggle about the value of the trade in on an extemely time pressed Monday morning. I felt like Kayla and the trade in department performed a "bait and switch" routine by emailing me that Sierra could beat the KBB offer of $5535 and then lowballing me when I actually showed up with the car. The car was in excellent condition and the KBB estimate did not even consider the 3 added safety accessories. Therefore, please try to be more respectful in your valuation the next time I bring an old car in for trade. Other than the low ball valued trade in, I had a good experience and this is the second Honda Accord we have purchased from Sierra Honda. Sincerely,   Kelvin K.
