Carl stood out as a true professional. He didn't attempt to strong-arm the process nor utilize high-pressure tactics, try to hide fees, or twist policies but instead listened to my needs, respected my ability to negotiate, and treated me with genuine respect throughout the process. This was a stark contrast to every other dealership I spoke with in the area. As someone with extensive negotiation experience, I can tell when a salesperson is being disingenuous. From the moment we shook hands, Carl was nothing but straightforward and transparent. I initially came in for a Kona but ended up with a phenomenal deal on the Tucson, a testament to Carl's ability to help me find the right car for my needs. His integrity and professionalism were the deciding factors in my purchase, even more so than Hyundai's proven reliability (I drove an Elantra for 15 years). I was so impressed that I've already referred friends and family who had the same positive experience. The dealership's honesty extended to the finance department, where Mr. Vince Scadina was just as transparent and didn't push unnecessary markups, he even stayed late to see our transaction through so that I wouldn't have spend additional time driving the extra hours back-and-forth to finalize the sale another day. The entire process, including follow-up service and maintenance, has been smooth and straightforward as the staff at Allen Turner have looked to reduce every point of friction possible to ease the process and make my life easier. Allen Turner and its staff respect myself and my time and that is something I greatly appreciate about their approach. I want to first off saying that I typically hate going to dealerships but I’m happy to say this wasn’t the case today. I spoke to Jewell Runnels over the phone in regards to a 2023 Kona SEL and then later ta dealerships but I’m happy to say this wasn’t the case today. I spoke to Jewell Runnels over the phone in regards to a 2023 Kona SEL and then later talked about getting a 2025. She helped me go through my options, explaining the differences about packages and etc all while staying in my price range. She was phenomenal unlike other cash grabby sales dealerships I did not once feel forced to buy a car on “her” time. Instead she made me want to get the car today. Additionally I was helped by Vincent Scardina and Kimberly Douglas on the financial side. They laid out the numbers and helped put me in a better package than I originally wanted while staying in the same number range. All in all, a great dealership and even better people. More
