Vince started his automotive career with the Brisby Family when they were co-owners of Flemington Car & Truck Country beginning in 1996. He worked his way up from client advisor to managment, having worked for the company's Cadillac and Chrysler dealerships before joining Byron Brisby Jr in Flemington BMW in 2011. Among other positions, he has been a Mazda salesman, a used car manager for Cadillac and finance manager for Chrysler. Originally from Morris County, New Jersey, Vince now calls Forks Township, Pennsylvania home. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and dog Gravy.

Good experience overall I went to the dealership expecting to test drive the car, and ended up walking out with it. The sales staff (J.R, and Vince) stayed until closing and I went to the dealership expecting to test drive the car, and ended up walking out with it. The sales staff (J.R, and Vince) stayed until closing and were able to answer all the questions required as well as finding me a good price considering the car just came out. The next day, Jan was able to get the financial details worked out and assist with the insurance company and was very patient through the whole process. Flemington is the place to go to buy your car, they take care of their customers and the free car washes don't hurt! More

I had purchased 3 cars from the auto group in the past 2 - 3 years. Byron Brisby (VP of the auto group) called me when he discovered that I received less than satisfactory treatment a few months before. H - 3 years. He went above and beyond by apologizing for how I was treated and reassured me that changes were made to ensure that the current sales staff is customer focused and professional. In addition, he provided me with a quote that was so inviting, I had to visit the dealership that evening. I was interested in two models for my spouse, and Byron had both vehicles ready for me to look at in their service area; both cars parked in the middle of the floor (it was a very cold evening outside). All of the employees I met were very professional and friendly. It was the best experience I've had in comparing vehicles. They gave me an awesome deal on my trade in and I opted for the vehicle with the upgraded package. Delivery of the vehicle was also a wonderful experience. The entire experience was so positive, that in the next year, when I'm ready to buy my car, I will definitely buy from Flemington BMW. I also recommended the dealership to my friends who are interested in purchasing a new car. More

Last week, I got in touch with Noha Amin, the Internet Advisor at Flemington BMW looking for a CPO 5 Series BMW. She promptly put me in touch with John Cavanaugh, the Pre-Owned Sales Manager and JR Nast, Advisor at Flemington BMW looking for a CPO 5 Series BMW. She promptly put me in touch with John Cavanaugh, the Pre-Owned Sales Manager and JR Nast, a new Client Advisor that evening. John was extremely knowledgeable, polite and patient with me as was JR while showing me a couple of CPOs of my choice late in the evening. The following day, I changed my mind and decided to go for a new 2014 535i xDrive so I contacted Vince Dillon, the Client Retention Manager. Vince was extremely courteous and helpful in accommodating me at the last minute in his busy Saturday afternoon schedule and got me the car I liked for a fair price. Rebecca was very efficient and professional getting all the documentation ready at a short notice. Scott Smith, our Client Advisor ultimately helped me get set up with our new car that evening. He is very passionate about his job assisting clients and most importantly, has a very good sense of humor and attitude that helps ease the car buying experience. He stayed late along with the team to make sure that I got out with my new car that evening. The next day Scott took time to explain and go over all the features of my new car in detail. Overall, the entire team at Flemington BMW was very professional and did a great job as a team in getting us the car of our choice. Scott Smith was extremely patient with me (three visits) as I wanted to explore all my options on which car to buy and the differences between them in price, ride and aesthetics. As we went through multipl as I wanted to explore all my options on which car to buy and the differences between them in price, ride and aesthetics. As we went through multiple test rides together, he gave me logical considerations on what to consider in arriving at my decision between models, new, and pre-owned, and ultimately stayed late to give me a tutorial on the car. Vince Dillon helped me from the very first night providing me valuable technical information on the cars I was contemplating. He made me feel relaxed and not rushed into making a decision. In the end, I believe he worked with the others to make the buy and the trade work within my parameters. Rebecca Kosar, too, was patient as she explained the documentation process and made it rather painless. Overall, everyone working together made it a real nice experience. More

I had a great experience shopping for my car at Flemington BMW. I was an out of state customer and I never had a chance to personally see the car. Vince Dillon was a great sales person. Not only did he work with me on figuring out the details of the sale and send me pictures of the interior of the car etc. He made sure someone drove the car to my residence. Once the car arrived at my home, he went above and beyond to walk me through the different features on his day off. It's was excellent customer service and it was a pleasure working with a sales person such as Vince. More
