At that time we were both disappointed and put off by the sales person who took care of us. A number of months passed by and we had not done anything purchase wise. We then saw another vehicle listed on their website. The main reason we decided to give them another try was at our first encounter at the dealership we did have the pleasure of meeting Vince. Vince made us feel special, he listened to us as potential customers and took the time to talk to us about the different BMW models. Vince was the only reason why we came back to the Dealership. After coming back to the Dealership we were fortunate enough to have Krystal Lewis this time. From the moment my wife and I met with her we knew we were in good hands. Krystal could not have been nicer in dealing with us, especially myself as I am known to be a pain. My wife and I had been driving for over 24 years another European Manufacturer of Automobiles that were built in Sweden but they are no longer in business. As such we had lots of questions about BMW's and Krystal was able to give us the answers. If she did not know the answer to any of our questions she researched it and got back to me. She had such patience with me about all aspects of the deal. It truly was a pleasure dealing with her. At no time did I feel pressured, she was always calm and professional. It was an enjoyable buying experience because of her. I would have no hesitation about recommending Krystal to all of our friends, family and my clients as well, in doing business with her. This is how the buying experience is supposed to be, professional, painless and effortless. Krystal really cares about customers. I hope in the future in dealing with their other departments that we are as well treated as we were with Krystal and Vince. We are looking forward a long relationship. More

My husband was out of town and sent me with the task of looking at 5 cars he had found on the internet. Krystal was helpful and eager to assit in finding each one to test drive, even one in th basement. We looked at all of them except one that was sold prior to my visit. Krystal has a calm, professional, non-pushy demeanor which I value in any sales person in any capacity. This showed me she respected her job and takes seriously the standards BMW holds with their clients. It was a pleasure to work with Krystal, and I feel a female salesperson made me that much more comfortable. My husband has been buying BMW's from this location for years and recommeneded this dealership tp his father who also comes to this location to buy his 5 series even though he lives near Doylestown BMW. I was very pleasantly surprised to find Scott and the entire team to be as warm and accommodating as they were. After five minutes it felt like we were "regulars" there. Both of my visits there were at the end of the business day, yet Scott and Rebecca were as patient and friendly as if I was the first customer of the day.
