Vic P was very helpful as we worked our way towards a purchase of a new Prius. He checked in with us periodically while we waited for its arrival. When the car arrived and was prepped for us, he didn't give up when he couldn't initially reach us. (We screen our calls and his came up as 'spam'.) Once we were at the dealership to pick up the car, he reviewed the basic functions of the car with us so that we knew a few things about driving it and he set up one of our phones to connect to the car's functions.
