Difficult to get a hold of anyone in the used car service department and to get any kind of written report on what was completed. There is no direct phone number, the numbers listed on the service manager's department and to get any kind of written report on what was completed. Came in for a screw in my EV6 tire. Was told entire tire needed replacing. Was a little shocked to see that a new 2025 EV6 tire wasn’t in stock and needed to be ordered.
