I came in for an oil change and left paying $1900 for
routine maintenance with fluid changes. I agreed to the work asking for cost during the discussion. I was told a price matbe $250 for one, $200 fot

I was told a price matbe $250 for one, $200 fot another but that was only half for eack of the fluid changes. So I was either told a price for the fluids or the price of labor but not both. I signed the paperwork without itemized estimate. If I ever come back I will never have anything done without upfront total cost understood completely. There was nothing broken on my car that was being fixed and it cost $1900??? That’s insane.
Also in the following questions you ask about service people I have no idea who those people are I only spoke with Justin at the desk. He was nuce but unfortunately I now feel he was not upfront.

this dealership has been very disappointing. I purchased my Kia here because of Miss Annette, who was an excellent salesperson, but since she left, the customer service has gone downhill.
After getting an oil check in August, I started experiencing issues with my monitor — the radio and backup camera screen began cutting in and out every time I hit a bump. Because of my full-time work schedule, I couldn’t return right away, but as soon as I was able, I brought the car back. I even had to involve my lawyer just to get them to look at the issue, and yet they claimed they couldn’t find anything. To this day, the problem remains unresolved.
For a brand-new car, I expected much better accountability and customer support. Instead, I felt brushed off and not taken seriously. It seems like this dealership only cares about selling cars, not standing behind them once problems arise.
I will not be returning to this dealership for service and would not recommend it to others.
