Not very honest BEWARE My son was approved through Capital One’s 3 finance companies for a car at this dealership. I called his sales person Aaliyah Rodriguez ahead of time since it was a 1 hour commu Capital One’s 3 finance companies for a car at this dealership. I called his sales person Aaliyah Rodriguez ahead of time since it was a 1 hour commute. I wanted to make sure they honored the terms Capital One offered. We even sent her the screenshot of the approval and the banks that pre approved him. When we got there my son test drove the car and from that point on the run around started. First they lied and said Capital One declined him. (We called Capital One this morning and verified they tried to mislead us. They never ran the credit to the finance banks that capital one had approved him through. Then they tried to add a $2300 Reconditioning charge which THEY had already paid to clean up and prep the car for sale to the loan as a standard fee! I feel sorry for anyone that doesn’t take the time to read the fine print and ask questions at this place. Yeah we could have easily walked away with a car last night and paid a little more than what we wanted but why? We are not desperate to buy a car and what makes them think a good consumer is too stupid to actually read the terms? And they were Latinos which makes it even worse. Latinos trying to take advantage of other Latinos. Don’t be duped into paying dishonest dealer fees at this place. If you get approved by Capital One and their associated finance companies don’t go to this place and if they said you got declined by Capital One- ask for proof More

This car buying process was way too long (6+hrs) and we went through too many obstacles to get the car we wanted. Was first shown a car that was not presentable (dog hair and stickers all over it) we could went through too many obstacles to get the car we wanted. Test drove another vehicle which was the one we ended up going with, Sami did a great job pivoting and being persistent. When we came back to talk numbers management took way too long with offers. We only came to look at two cars and management kept showing us different cars that we weren’t interested in at all which was just a waist of time. Sami did his job well but, I hope to never step foot in this place again. More
