He not only took me for a test drive and explained the vehicle's features, but he also did a walkaround to show me the nuances and explain in depth how the Mazda CX-50 worked. His product knowledge is excellent. Tony Tehrani was on point in communication and responded to all questions about product availability, price out the door, and concerns in a timely fashion, which informed my final decision. This dealership's customer service is efficient, professional, personable, kind, and courteous. I was in and out in a little more than an hour. My CX-50 is my second lease and I was approaching (literally 6 days left) the end of my lease with my CX-5, Arlene reached out to help out with my options. I test-drove my new baby and leased on the same day in under 90 minutes (Of course, I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in), where else can the process be so smooth and welcoming?!?
