When we went to visit Lexus of Akron-Canton, we had no intention of buying a TX, but we were just inquiring and wanted some indication of trade-in value for our 2019 NX-300. However, in our discussions wi intention of buying a TX, but we were just inquiring and wanted some indication of trade-in value for our 2019 NX-300. However, in our discussions with Mark regarding the TX’s on the lot and test driving the Sport TX, we felt very comfortable with him and his professionalism. Mark was very knowledgeable and simply laid out the steps that would be needed to purchase the Sport TX. He helped us through getting NX-300 title from our home in Foley, Al, and provided us the information for the money transfer. Both Ruth and I were very comfortable in working with Mark and Roni through the total process. Tristan helped us with all the IT issues that we needed to know in the operation of the Navigation system and the electronics of the TX.
