Best Buying Experience I purchased a CPO Honda Accord Hybrid from Zimmerman Honda and I can definitely say it was the easiest and most efficient buying experience I have eve I purchased a CPO Honda Accord Hybrid from Zimmerman Honda and I can definitely say it was the easiest and most efficient buying experience I have ever had. I live 3 hours away from the dealership so I placed a great deal of trust in the description and photos of the car - I was not disappointed at all; in fact - I would say the car exceeded my expectations. The entire negotiation was done via email and one phone call - Vanessa ensured I got the deal I wanted which made the transaction almost effortless - all done in advance of me even seeing the vehicle. When I arrived to pick up the car- the time spent to complete the purchase was far, far less than I've spent buying vehicles from other dealerships. The car was already in the delivery area where I was able to inspect it. I then took it for a test drive and after giving it my approval - the signing of the papers and setting up of the loan was done quickly. All in all - I really appreciate that they were respectful of my time and and made the purchase experience a positive one. Vanessa made it very easy for me - a true customer service professional. So when it came time to get a new vehicle I made an appointment with Vanessa Lager. She was outstanding to work with, respected all of my wishes on what I wanted in a vehicle, and was highly knowledgable in the technology and features Honda vehicles offer. I had several requests such as upgrading the all season mats, cargo tray, and rear bumper application so Vanessa had Gary Ralston explain the wide variety of options to me. When it came time to actually finance the vehicle Blake Pelland walked me through everything. He was easy to understand and I was comfortable asking questions about specific warranties offered. Hands down an outstanding experience with an amazing team of employees. I would highly recommend Zimmerman Honda to anyone looking to purchase or service their vehicle. More
