I wish my experiences over the last 7 years were as positive as others. The service contacts - Rena, Tristan, Jacob were great but the others in that room do not acknowledge you as if you are invisibl positive as others. The salespeople are arrogant and condescending, could be because I am a woman. When I scheduled and appointment for service, they offered me a complimentary ride to my home in the next town. When i got there, they said they had no ride available while doing service. Best of luck to everybody else. More

Worst service department I have ever seen. My axle was changed out to a “junk” part. Lug nuts left off my tire. I have reported this dealership to the NYS Consumer Protection. Thankfully the mechanic that I had check my car when I got it in August 2023 has records of what brand axle was on my car. He took pictures of even a bolt that was changed on the car. When I went to pickup my car they only had interest in getting me to trade in my Jeep and finance a new one with them. If it’s not settled thru NYS Consumer Protection I’m going to utilize a law firm that I have access to just on the principle of the scam they tried to pull on me. More

I came into your center without an appointment concerned that my battery light displayed and I had to get a jump to start the car. They fit me in replaced the battery on my 2023 Jeep Cherokee.
