Our salesperson Tyrie did well. He was hampered by the inferior performance of the management team. After purchasing the most expensive car that Lexus offers at full sticker price, He was hampered by the inferior performance of the management team. He passed me and my wife several times standing in the entry of the dealership. A poorly written email was received two days later from the General Manager.
