Expected more I’ve purchased new Toyota vehicles from several other central Kentucky dealers and, quite frankly, had heard the experience at Frankfort Toyota was sp I’ve purchased new Toyota vehicles from several other central Kentucky dealers and, quite frankly, had heard the experience at Frankfort Toyota was special. While I had a decent purchase experience, I was expecting to be wowed. I guess my expectations were set too high. It wasn’t much different than buying in Lexington and ended up costing me several hundred more dollars to go to Frankfort (even though I live in Lexington). The sales staff was nice, but not overwhelmingly so. They did find my vehicle at another dealer and went to get it. Service after the purchase has been limited at best. I asked to be called back on at least one occasion and have not heard from anyone. I would make the drive to Frankfort to have my Toyota serviced but not if it’s the same run of the mill experience I can get just five miles from my home. More
