Everyone I dealt with was great! Hanna helped me narrow down what models to look at on the phone. Fozi spent hours educating me on styles and trim levels to narrow my search. he w Hanna helped me narrow down what models to look at on the phone. Fozi spent hours educating me on styles and trim levels to narrow my search. he was knowledgeable and very eager to help. Jon reviewed warranties with me, and though I had some sticker shock in that department I’m satisfied with my choice. After my head was spinning, Tisha went over all the features of my car with me, and she was very logical and explained things well so I actually remembered much of what she said! I was a bit taken aback to find that Tyler was unhappy with Fozi for some reason and moved to remove Fozi from the sale. If he felt something was off, I wish he had spoken to me before making assumptions. More
