Very little attention paid to vehicle sold We purchased a used 2012 Nissan Quest from this dealership. Within two weeks of owning the vehicle, the A/C compressor went out, costing over $900 to We purchased a used 2012 Nissan Quest from this dealership. Within two weeks of owning the vehicle, the A/C compressor went out, costing over $900 to repair, and the mass air flow sensor went bad. When I asked why the vehicle was sold with these issues present, I was told that the car didn't undergo their normal used car inspection before being sold. When I asked why we weren't informed of that, they said they "didn't know" that it hadn't been inspected. Not entirely certain how they knew then but didn't know earlier in the process. The one bright spot in all this was a sales manager who offered to comp the parts and labor to have the mass air flow sensor replaced, and to have the long-overdue inspection finally done. But upon getting the car back, it now has brand new suspension-related issues. Due to this and other reasons, I highly doubt the inspection was ever truly done (I left more details in my review for the Service department). I suppose the moral of the story is: if you buy a used car from this dealership, ask them if they've inspected the car at all, and ask to see the proof of it if they have. Definitely don't feel like I'm getting the full story on this vehicle, and don't know that I ever will. More

Really good service! The entire team at Rusty Wallace made buying my first car incredibly easy! The only problem I had was that I was given the wrong spare key, however that issue was remedied the next day and I was apologized to profusely. Great guys and very easy car buying process! More
