Tyler Edmunds at D&M should be the world's poster child for customer service. It is such a pleasant surprise to deal with an individual who THOROUGHLY understands his business, wants nothing except for YOU for customer service. It is such a pleasant surprise to deal with an individual who THOROUGHLY understands his business, wants nothing except for YOU, the customer, to get what you want, and knows exactly how to make it happen. Doesn't matter what kind of vehicle or whether you want to purchase or lease. I've never had an individual spend so much time with me, including driving two separate vehicles from DFW to south Louisiana and southeast Texas. There is no customer satisfaction or customer loyalty score that would be too high for Tyler and D&M. Turns out that the Musers on the Ticket are correct: once you go with D&M, you'll never go back to any other way of obtaining a vehicle. Pandemic? No problem, because D&M has fleet agreements with dealerships that allow you to get your vehicle while everybody else is waiting for one to arrive at the dealership. Ooops...now I'm giving away company secrets! They have many more tips and tricks in their bag...check 'em out! More

Remember the name Tyler Edmonds. It was time for a new vehicle. We'd never leased before, but decided now was the time. We were ready; just not for the tiresome process. You know. We just wanted a vehicle, and we'd begun settling for a mediocre experience while finding one. One last Google search for auto leasing companies. We find D&M-Ft. Worth. We inquired; Tyler answered. From that phone call Friday until we drove off in our 2021 Buick Envision on Monday, Tyler was the experience. His getting to know us, his knowledge and clarity on auto leasing, his patience, and his straightforward transparency was beyond what I expected! All the footwork, he did. All the paperwork, he did. Told him what we wanted. He secured it. There were hurdles and hoops, I know he went through to get it done. But he NEVER lost his professionalism, communication, nor his humor in the process.
