Never have I been in contact with a car dealership that treated me like an actual human being and listened to what I wanted. I started corresponding with Tyler Blanton via text and let him know what vehicl treated me like an actual human being and listened to what I wanted. I started corresponding with Tyler Blanton via text and let him know what vehicles I was interested in. We set up an appt and when I arrived he was finishing up with another client and Cheney Freewalt stepped in. Not only was she patient she was spectacular! We test drove a vehicle and the others I was interested in were not ready yet. She got those expedited and set up another appt. Needless to say I purchased on Wednesday and picked up my 2020 Toyota Highlander on Thursday. Shoutout to Dominick Ferrara for working with me and Lawrence in financing! Cheney went to bat and got me my dream car. I would absolutely recommend these folks to anyone. They left a lasting impression on me. Not to often do you find folks so professional but kind and personable. 10 outta 10. Would recommend! **UPDATE** Due to being in a fluke hail storm - I returned to Gallatin CDJR for my second vehicle from them. 🤣🤣. Tyler and Cheney really knocked it out of the park.
