I have nothing but amazing things to say about this dealership! My process started in early July when I went to the dealership to see if they had the new Ford Bronco Sport. They didn’t have one on the dealership! My process started in early July when I went to the dealership to see if they had the new Ford Bronco Sport. They didn’t have one on the lot, but I was introduced to Geoff Gallagher and he was kind enough to show me all of the ins and outs of his personal Bronco Sport! Within 2 weeks I placed my order and was assigned Tyler Anderson to be my sales person while my car was being built. He kept me up to date in every aspect of the process and was even kind enough to answer my text messages when he was on vacation. Towards the end of my build time I expressed some finance related questions and anxieties I had to Tyler and he set up a phone call to discuss all of this with one of the finance managers. Tyler and Rick Garcia called me one morning and they took 30 minutes of of their day to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease about the entire process. The day my car came in I was greeted by Tyler and Rick and not only were they just as excited as I was that my car was there, but they made the car buying process effortless and seamless!
