I was trying to decide between the RX and a X3. I had honestly decided to go with the X3, but after getting yanked around for several weeks by BMW, I decided to stop into Lexus. The amazing customer service and experience I had with Tyka was great enough to change a stubborn man of his made up mind. I couldn't be happier with my RX.
