Based on previous experience with car dealers, I dreaded looking for a new vehicle. We wanted to test drive the Passport, Pilot, and CR-V to find the right fit. Our salesperson, Troy, was fantastic—he took his time and walked her through the features and interior accessories of every model. We eventually decided on the CR-V. Regis Fanning, the Finance Manager, is a very nice guy and was helpful, even when we changed our minds on some of the extra warranty offers. This is our second purchase from Honda of Columbia, we purchased a Pilot 11 years ago that still runs like a Honda should because of the excellent maintenance it had from their Service Center. You were right Tony, I'm loving my upgrade to the Passport Elite! Just like before, it was a positive, customer-focused experience worth returning for.
