Mercedes should do ACH’s, Wires and have overnight mailing labels to receive funds from other financial institutions. My poor salesman Curtis Miles, had to leave and pick up cashiers check just so I could drive my new car off the lot. I found that to be ridiculous business practices from such a prestigious company like Mercedes. Made me feel as though I was being punished. Management needs to take care of that immediately.

Another problem I had was with the people who detailed my vehicle. They left scratch marks and swirls on the paint from the buffer. It made me feel like they didn't care about. And I definitely thought it had something to do with my encounter with the finance guy.

Today I purchased another vehicle from Connie Flores. Once again her service was incredibly welcoming and caring. I ha another person handling my finance needs and it was a much better experience. But the detailing people work were still not satisfactory . I left my Buick there to give them a second chance to retify the mess they did on it. But when I received the ford I bought today it was even worse. I will change my review after I pick up my vehicle, because I promised Connie I would.
