We then realized that we were brothers because of matching tattoos! Trey was very sensitive to our needs and made us feel at ease. It made us feel cared for and comfortable. Trey was awesome to work with! I called him on a Sunday afternoon. He answered all of my questions courteously. Since I'm in the Dayton area, Trey even went out to the vehicle o I called him on a Sunday afternoon. He answered all of my questions courteously. Since I'm in the Dayton area, Trey even went out to the vehicle on the lot and did a video walk around showing me the features and outside and inside condition of this vehicle. Because of Trey's great customer service over the phone, I drove to Ricart the next day with my trade in and bought the Kia. After failing to get to a price I wanted for a 2025, I stopped by the Ricart Used Car Factory the next day to check out the same vehicle (just the 2023 model). I easily found it online, a decided it was w stopped by the Ricart Used Car Factory the next day to check out the same vehicle (just the 2023 model). I easily found it online, a decided it was worth a shot to take a look. I was greeted by Trey, who was friendly, easy going, and ready to look the vehicle up, and get me access to do a test run on the lot. I have to say, the weekend team is really fun to chat with, even if we may not all agree on football teams lol. It was a very relaxed atmosphere that made me feel super comfortable! Trey was awesome, and helped me out 4 days straight! He even stayed past closing the day I signed the line for purchasing. Trey even came back in on his day off (😣) to make sure everything was taken care of correctly. Thank you, Trey! You’re amazing.. and don’t forget the crazy calculator my stepdad had!
