Finally, a good car buying experience! The sales service was excellent and were not pushy at all. They were very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in (Crosstrek), and was willin The sales service was excellent and were not pushy at all. They were very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in (Crosstrek), and was willing to let me test drive several different versions of the car. They were very upfront about the price of the car and didn't try to sneak in extra things that I didn't need. I found the car I was interested in while shopping on-line and Tracie called me a within a few minutes of submitting the information for the car I was interested in to let me know they were willing to assist me that same day. When I arrived, she directed me to Trey who was easy-going, knowledgeable, likeable, and a not pushy in any way. It was the least pressured I have ever felt buying a car. It was the smoothest, quickest buying car experience I've ever had. I actually left the dealership feeling happy about my purchase and not anxious like I usually do. More

Everything was fine until finance The sales experience was great. Trey was a pleasure to work with. We got a great deal on our Forester and were very pleased. Then we went to finance. Now the whole reason my wife wanted a Subaru was because of their safety and reliability. In finance, Matt proceeds to tell my wife how horrible the turbo engine is, and that even though it only accounts for 2% of sales it is the most worked on engine in the lineup. And all that safety equipment is very complicated and prone to fail. So we had better get the extended warranty. And as a bonus, if we got the extended warranty then they would lower our interest rate, but if we didn't we would be stuck with the higher rate. But of course the warranty was prohibitively expensive. I was leery, but my wife was sold. So what started out as what I considered a great deal was turned into a meh deal. My wife was coerced with scare tactics and the promise of a better interest rate to get an overpriced warranty. But the wife is happy, so that's something. More

Trey never pressured us or tried to up-sell us. He gave us the facts, comparative information on different models, and let us make our own decision without any sales pressure. And Pam was wonderful to work with as we went through the paperwork for the lease. Our experience could not have been better. We highly recommend Crews Subaru and Subaru vehicles. More
